How it works
Ordering custom products should be simple. Here's what happens from your first message to a finished order.
The four steps
- 1
Tell us what you need
Choose a product, tell us how many you need and share your artwork.
- 2
Get a written quote
We review your details and send an itemized quote. Asking is free.
- 3
Approve or adjust
Approve the quote, or ask for changes and we'll send an updated version.
- 4
We make it
Once you approve, your order goes into production. Nothing starts before your approval.
What to have ready
You don't need everything. The more you can share, the more accurate your quote.
What you're making
The product, colors and sizes — or just an idea and we'll help narrow it down.
Your artwork
A logo file is ideal. A photo or sketch is fine to start.
Quantity and date
How many you need and when you need them.
Estimates, quotes and approval
Any price you see online is an estimate. Your written quote is the final word: it's itemized, it shows exactly what you're ordering, and it's yours to approve.
If something isn't right, ask for changes. We'll send an updated quote, and nothing goes into production until you approve.
Before production we confirm logo placement and sizing with you. Any preview is a guide for placement; final artwork is checked before anything is printed or stitched.
Ready to start your project?
Tell us what you're creating. We'll take it from there.
