How do I get a price?
Tell us what you're making — the product, quantity, and your artwork if you have it. We'll review the details and send you a written quote. You don't pay anything to ask.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can send a project request with just your name and email.
Is the price I see online final?
Any price shown online is an estimate. Your final price is the one in your written quote, which you review and approve before anything is made.
What if I don't have artwork ready?
Send what you have — a photo, a sketch or a reference. We'll tell you if we need a different file format before production.
Can I see my logo on the product first?
Yes. We confirm placement and sizing with you before production. Any preview is a guide for placement; final artwork is checked before anything is printed or stitched.
What's the minimum order and how long does it take?
Both depend on the product and decoration method. We'll confirm them in your quote so you know exactly what to expect before you approve.
Can I change something after I get my quote?
Yes. Ask for changes and we'll send an updated quote. Nothing goes into production until you approve.
